Welcome!
Hello, I'm Annie! Currently, I am in my senior year at the University of Oklahoma, pursuing a degree in public relations at the esteemed Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication, along with a minor in digital marketing. I am set to graduate in May 2024.
My roots trace back to Tulsa, OK, where I attended Jenks High School. It was during my formative years that I discovered my love for creativity and the art of self-expression through writing. This realization kindled my passion for a career in the realm of strategic communications. I am truly grateful to be a part of the close-knit Gaylord community, where I am constantly exposed to new knowledge and experiences.
When I'm not immersed in my studies, you can often find me engrossed in novels, keeping an eye on the latest fashion trends, dedicating time to my fitness routine, experimenting with culinary creations, or simply relishing moments with friends and family.
After completing my degree, I'll be embarking on a full-time career in Dallas, Texas with Matador Resources Company, a prominent player in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. In my role, I'll be assuming the position of a Communications Associate, and I couldn't be more thrilled about this exciting opportunity.
